What to expect when you write
Email is read by the editorial team at Creative Cover s.r.o. and is answered in English. The publisher operates in Central European Time, so a message sent during an Australian evening is generally read the following working day, and a reply within five working days is the normal target. Privacy requests are handled inside the timeframes described in the privacy policy.
Two practical notes. Please do not send account credentials, payment details or identity documents — nothing this publisher does requires them, and no reply will ever ask for them. And please include the page address you are writing about, because “the page about codes” costs a round trip that a link does not.
